Top notch management

This property has one of the best property managers in all of Granville/Vance/Franklin counties. Jennifer was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pure pleasure to work with. She was prompt in answering all of my questions and available each and every time I needed to speak with her.

Autumn Park

Recently went to look at these apartments & the staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The playground is so cute & grounds are very clean. Seems like a great place to live!

Service manager

Maintenance I wanna show appreciation to the whole maintenance crew but Jeremy especially. Man came and pretty much did a last minute job trying to fix a leak that has been going on in this apartment. The office is definitely closed but instead of leaving out he decided to fix what he could here. Appreciate them kind of things because even though it’s his job I still didn’t haft to stay late jus to look at something he could have next week so show appreciation to Jeremy he helped us when we needed to

Dishwasher

Would like to say Jeremy the maintenance worker has done a absolutely job from the first day I moved in . When I call about my stove he came immediately and my dishwasher was broken and he ordered me a new one and installed it today. Jeremy thanks for everything you do !
